Mekhla - the Executive Director is passionate about human resources development and is a firm believer of nurturing the human spirit. With over 22 years of professional experience, Mekhla started her career with GE Capital in the Human Resources Division and then went on to work for the Human Resources team at Fidelity Investments. Her tenure with Fidelity in particular gave her an edifying as well as eclectic management exposure and Mekhla played a critical role in supporting the operations and HR activities while the company was at its inception stage in India. At GHRDC, Mekhla is taking care of the overall operations of the company and has a vital role to play in Training Workshops with students & faculty as well as the editorials as part of the ranking. She is an MBA holder in Human Resources Development from Fore School of Management, New Delhi
