Aradhana our Assitant Director started her career with HDFC Bank in Guwahati and then went on to work with associates of Citibank and ICICI Housing Finance. She brings a wealth of experience in the financial services, insurance, and training sectors. She also had the opportunity to work for a market research firm in Jakarta. Her experience with ICICI Prudential, in particular, provided her with extensive exposure, where she played a critical role in various operations of the branch office. At GHRDC, Aradhana leads the Survey & Research team and plays a spearheading role in all the educational rankings and editorials. Aradhana holds a B.E. degree and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Finance. She is also an avid traveller and trekker!
