Faculty Development Program is a customized training program imparted
to the faculty of educational institutes inorder to sensitize them to
the latest developments, challenges and changing demands on management
education. The objective of such programs is to develop fresh
perspective on teaching and learning processes. An FDP is designed to
be an interactive and participatory program between the faculty and
training staff. The Faculty Development Program covers a wide range of
topics starting from the changing scenario of management education in
India to discussing some of the most successful and updates teaching
techniques being currently used.

-Students Development Program
The key objective of a Students Development Program is to facilitate
articulation of hopes and fears of the students pursuing their
Management Education and to enhance their understanding of an MBA
program. This program is also aimed at reinforcing the students
confidence in the MBA program and improve the participants'
understanding of the good traits of a manager.
